What we mean is, we want you to order without feeling you might "get taken." After all, we are a very respected business and our reputations are on the line!
We want you to order the products today...examine them, use them. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with any product you have purchased, through our site,, simply return the unused product(s) in the original containers within 30 days of purchase, to Nature's Soap Dish for an exchange or refund. When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging accompanying your return in order to be eligible for a full refund less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking fee of 15% will be added on discontinued items and orders over $20.00. Private Labeled products are not eligible for our return policy (please try the products before you buy - sales are final.) For products shipped outside of the United States, Client is responsible for all port fees, brokerage fees, licenses, taxes, government tariffs and other fees that are charged at time of entry to their country. It is the client’s responsibility to insure that they are aware of any of these fees prior to shipment arrival. Any testing required by the government of our client’s country is the responsibility of the client. Natures Soap Dish is registered with the FDA (Federal Drug Administration) and these sheets can be provided as required along with MSDS Sheets as needed. Sales Outside of the USA are final.

Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a shipping and handling refund otherwise all shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

When returning an item, please call us 615-309-8008 or e-mail us at info@naturessoapdish.com to obtain a return authorization number. List the item(s) your returning and the reason for the return. Include the return authorization number with the returned item(s). Upon receipt of the returned item(s) as outlined above, you will be shipped the exchange item or an electronic refund will be made to your credit card as you direct. If a refund is made, you will be sent a confirmation of the transaction via e-mail.
